There must be something eerie about me,

       for I have been pondering lately as to

       why I feel like

       a sunshine hidden in clouds;

       mystic river beneath the ocean;

       a long-lost street yet

       still visible on the map;

       a yacht across the sound;

       a grain of sand along

       an endless gravel road;

       a mole mixed with freckles;

       a dried leaf blown by the wind

       amidst the falling

       of a hundred thousand

       cones during autumn.

Living the moment of

       nothingness—

       but almost barely existent. ©
